Studio Davis helps communities make sense of parking, curb, mobility, and access data. We bring together operating records, GIS, and field observations to understand patterns, compare options, and give staff a clearer basis for decisions.
Our approach
The work starts with the question. We assess available sources, identify gaps, and organize data so locations, time periods, and conditions can be compared. Maps, charts, dashboards, and models are chosen to suit the decision and the people who need to use the results.
Assumptions and limitations remain visible. Payment sessions, permits, and citations describe different parts of a parking system; none is automatically an occupancy count. Scenarios are kept distinct from observed conditions so users can understand what the evidence supports.
